Admissions Process and Registration

As we are a growing school, we currently function on a rolling admission schedule and accept students throughout the school year based on classroom availability.

Registration instructions:

  • Contact MTLPS and parents/family tours school.
  • Register child(ren).
  • Submit registration fee. You must submit the registration fee to be placed on the waitlist.
  • Communication in spring of enrollment status and schedule placement.
  • Communication in summer of classroom placement.

Registration during school year (after August start date):

  • Contact MTLPS for a tour.
  • Register child(ren).
  • Submits registration fee. You must submit the registration fee to be placed on the waitlist.
  • Acceptance/enrollment status is communicated to family and a start date is decided collaboratively with director and family.

After you register online, director will confirm receipt via email and invoice your account the $75 registration fee then which you can pay online through the main page of this account. We will confirm information via email.

Registration fee: $75 - Families may remit payment via Procare account immediately. You will receive an email invoice within 3 business days if no fee is received.

After you submit your Registration Application and fee to MTLPS you will receive notification of your acceptance status and start date.  

*Enrollment at MTLPS is open to families regardless of race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, or family structure.*

Upon enrollment, please download, complete, and return all 2016-2017 forms with Activities Fee and Immunization record or immunization exemption form.

Tuition and Fees

Annual School-year Tuition 2016-2017:

  • 2 days/week $2,600
  • 3 days/week $3,750
  • 4 days/week $4,750
  • 5 days/week $5,500

Activity Fee deposit DUE BEFORE July 1. If received after July 1, a 10% fee will incur. For current school year enrollment Activity fee is DUE with first tuition payment.

Tuition Payment Options:

  • Annual Tuition Paid in Full: 6% discount off tuition if paid in full by start of school (not combined with other discounts). (Only offered Aug.-Sept.)
  • 3 Equal Payments: 4% discount if paid in 3 equal installments in August, November, and February. (only Offered Aug.-Nov.)
  • Month-to-Month: Pay monthly for 10 months (August-May)
